Session Information

• Reconnective healing is pure, unlike any other healing modalities and requires no rituals or tools eg; bells, incense, candles ,drums, crystals blessings, smudging or amulets!

• Please don’t wear perfume scented skin care products.  Some Clients smell a scent during the session and this might spoil the experience for you.

• Be comfortable in the clothes you wear, You will be lying on my padded massage table face up and fully dressed apart from removal of shoes and glasses if you wear them, Phones turned off or on airplane mode. no need to remove jewelry or watches.

• I will make sure you comfortable before we start the facilitation, Please feel free to use my bathroom. 

• After you arrive I will ask you to  place any belongings in a box by the door, then to fill in my contact form and sign it , also this is when I take your payment. After your session we will discuss and debrief your experience. 

• please don’t tell me about any ailments you carry, The universe /god /love goes to where your body say its needed, i’m just the catalyst! 

• I will ask you to lie down, close your eyes, relax and just let go , be in a state of expectancy, allow whatever happens to happen, you are safe. Please  do not pray or meditate, or hold attachment to any particular outcome. Just be receptive to the experience; the process reminds your body of its ability to heal itself and give exactly what you need at this time.healing continues long after your session, hours , days ,weeks.
